Many have known this for years, but it is nice to see the general “western” medicine camp joining. Many turn to drugs with major side effects to alleviate pain. These are just band-aides and nothing more. Getting to the root of the problem will help you to live a more successful and meaningful life. Massage has been around for thousands of years for a reason! It works. The important factor is finding a qualified therapist. Do your research and find someone that has experience in the medical field and has proven results. Look for someone that specializes in pain relief and steer away from therapists that say they do everything under the sun. You can not be an expert in all modalities. A therapist that gives excellent relaxation massage will probably not have the skills needed for a true therapeutic massage.

Chiropractic care is generally safe if it can be applied skillfully and appropriately. I have to like this natural method because it has no side effect as traditional treatment methods.
